Transactions not requiring slips

• Deposit cash or transfer money to all types of Bangkok Bank accounts.
• Withdraw cash or withdraw and transfer money from a savings account. The account owner must bring their passbook and make the transaction themselves.

Notes: You will need to fill in a slip as usual if another person is making the withdrawal on your behalf. Withdrawals from a fixed account, current account, or Sinmathaya Subthawee account also require slips.

How to use

Deposit cash or transfer

• Queue up or pick up a queue ticket from the automatic queue machine.

• At the counter, state the amount of money you wish to deposit or transfer and the account number, then give the cash (if a deposit) and your passbook (if any) to the teller.
• The teller will enter the deposit or transfer into the system, then print out the details on the slip and ask you to check on the accuracy of the data, including the account name, account number, the amount and other details. If all the data is correct, please sign your name and fill in your contact number.
• The teller will print a confirmation receipt on a deposit or transfer slip, or your passbook (if any), and give you a copy of the slip and the passbook (if any).

Withdraw cash or withdraw for transfer

• Queue up or pick up a queue ticket from the automatic queue machine.
• At the counter, say the amount you wish to withdraw or transfer and the account number, then give your passbook and identification document (if you are not making the transaction at your home branch) to the teller.
• The teller will enter the withdrawal or transfer into the system, then print out the details on the slip and ask you to check the accuracy of the data, including the account name, the account number, the amount of money, and other details. If all the data is correct, please sign your name and fill in your contact number.
• The teller will check if the signature is genuine, comparing it with your signature on the back of your passbook. If the signature is correct, the teller will record the transaction in the passbook and give you your passbook and cash (if you are withdrawing cash). Please check your cash immediately.
