• You can travel to VFS Global Visa Application Center during business hour after booking an appointment in advance by emailing:

  • Schengen Visa: vip.schengen@vfshelpline.com with your name, contact number, and preferred date.

• When arriving at VFS Global, please show your Bangkok Bank Visa Infinite card and Bangkok Bank Pinnacle card. VFS staff will be on hand to take care of you.
• There is visa fee, priority processing fee and additional services charges.
• Customers must pay for visa fee and additional service charges with Bangkok Bank Visa Infinite card or Bangkok Bank Pinnacle card.
