The Bank provides Mutual Fund Supervisor service for Mutual Funds, Property Funds and Infrastructure Funds.

Service Details

• Support all types of international investments through our network of leading Global Custodians and International Central Securities Depositary (ICSD) and ensure that all benefits are included in funds’ assets.
• Ensure smooth clearing and settlement with counterparties. Our settlement projection system helps fund managers minimize failures or delays to the settlement date.
• Follow up on entitlements of securities holders, safekeep the funds’ assets and ensure they are segregated from the Bank’s assets.
• Provide performance reports, statements of transactions and other comprehensive reports to clients on a regular basis.
• Confirm Net Asset Value (NAV) of funds.
• Monitor the investment ratio of funds to ensure they comply with regulations and the fund prospectus.
• Ensure the Asset Management Company complies with roles and responsibilities as stated in the fund management policies and legal requirements.
