The Bank provides Securities Registrar service for Listed Companies and State Enterprises.

Service Details

• Provide an accurate and updated securities registration database of shareholders.
• Serve as paying agent for dividends, interest payments and redemptions by transferring money to shareholders’ and unit holders’ bank accounts or sending them cheques.
• Provide information related to cessation, cancellation, or issuance of new share certificates as replacements for lost/stolen certificates.
• Support changes in shareholders’ information (name, address and benefits) throughout the term to maturity.
• Provide a registrar service for securities issued in a foreign currency.
