Credit card statements

  1. A transaction shown in my statement is not correct. What should I do?
First, you should review your sales slip or monthly statement against merchant receipts. Some merchants use trading names which are different from registered names. In this situation, you may have to rely on date of purchase and amount.
If you are registered for Bualuang iBanking, you can request a transaction inquiry through Bualuang iBanking. To do this, go to the services menu.
If you still disagree, please inform Bangkok Bank within seven days of receiving your statement. Please contact the Credit Card Division's Cardmember Service Center on (66) 0-2638-4000 for Bangkok Bank Visa card and MasterCard. Call (66) 0 2638 4400 for Bangkok Bank American Express Credit Card.
In most cases, if you have enough information to prove an error, such as a cancellation code from the merchant or receipt confirming the amount paid on the transaction, you do not need to make the payment for that suspected transaction while we are investigating.

  2. My statement has not arrived. Can you send me another one?
Normally a statement will reach the card member 10 days prior to the payment due date. If you have not received it by that time, please call our Cardmember Service Center on (66) 0-2638-4000 for Bangkok Bank Visa card and MasterCard, or (66) 0 2638 4400 for Bangkok Bank American Express Credit Card. We will be pleased to send you a new statement.
If you are registered for Bualuang iBanking you can see your transactions on the screen. Select your credit card from the accounts menu and look for the transaction record. You can also ask for a copy of the statement to be sent to you.
