As a Platinum Mastercard Credit cardholder, you and your travelling companion will enjoy a complimentary lounge pass+ each should your pre-registered flight be delayed by 2 hours or more. You may register unlimited flights from now until 15 November 2018 at https://flightdelaypass.mastercard.com
How does it work?
- Register your flight** online for yourself and your accompanying guest at least 6 hours before your scheduled departure
- In the event of a flight delay*** announcement of 2 hours or more we will immediately send you an email and SMS with your Mastercard Flight Delay Pass which will entitle you to complimentary airport lounge access. Simply present your lounge access email or SMS at any eligible lounge to redeem your complimentary admission
*The number of lounge passes are limited and will be available on a first come first serve basis. Lounge passes are allocated only upon flight delays, and not at the point of registration. Please refer to Terms of Use and FAQs for full details of this program.
