The Mastercard Travel Rewards privileges are exclusively for Bangkok Bank Travel Card cardholders
Cardholders are entitled to cashback when making qualifying purchases at participating overseas merchants or online stores registered overseas using Bangkok Bank Travel Card. Qualifying purchases are subject to the conditions of Mastercard and the merchants. For purchases made in any of the following 11 currencies—AUD, CAD, CNY, CHF, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, NZD, SGD, or USD—Mastercard will issue cashback in the same currency. For purchases made in any currencies other than the 11 listed above - Mastercard will issue the cashback in Thai Baht, calculated based on the exchange rate determined by Mastercard on the date the cashback is awarded
Cardholders must complete the registration for the Mastercard Travel Rewards before making any qualifying purchases. Registration requires the cardholder’s full name, email address, and Bangkok Bank Travel Card number via the Mastercard website at https://mtr.mastercardservices.com/th-TH/login The name provided during registration must match the name on the Bangkok Bank Travel Card
Cardholders only need to register for the Mastercard Travel Rewards once, and will be able to enjoy the benefits for the entire validity of the card
Once registration is successfully completed, cardholders can review the cashback privileges for overseas merchants and online stores registered overseas via the Mastercard website at https://mtr.mastercardservices.com/th-TH/login Cardholders should carefully review the details of each merchant’s offer before making any qualifying purchases with the Bangkok Bank Travel Card to ensure they receive cashback as specified by Mastercard and participating merchants.
Cardholders may enjoy merchant offers in three different ways (depending on each merchant):

               Type 1: Ready to Use Offer
              Type 2: Activation Offer (activation required before use)
              Type 3: Redeem Online Offer (redemption via an online link)

          Each offer type will be displayed on the participating merchant’s terms and conditions page on the Mastercard website.

Mastercard reserves the right to calculate cashback only for completed purchases. Purchases that are refunded, reversed, cancelled, disputed, or otherwise credited back to the cardholder will not qualify for the cashback
These privileges cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances

The Bank acts solely as the issuer of the Bangkok Bank Travel Card and is not involved in the manufacturing, provision, sale, importation, and/or delivery of any products and/or services offered by merchants. The Bank reserves the right to disclaim any liability for any loss, damage, defect, breakage, or any other issues arising from such products and/or services, as well as any damages incurred by customers. How to Register and Make Payments with Your Card

Registration Steps
 
- Cardholders must register for Mastercard Travel Rewards through the official Mastercard website at https://mtr.mastercardservices.com/th-TH/login
- Fill in the details required by Mastercard, then click “Sign Up” to complete the registration
How to Enjoy Mastercard Travel Rewards
 
Once the cardholder has successfully registered for the program, they may browse and select merchant offers they are interested in via the Mastercard website at https://mtr.mastercardservices.com/th-TH/loginThe offers are available in three different ways (availability depends on each merchant; please review all details before making any purchase):

Offer Type 1: Ready to Use Offer Cardholders can use the offer immediately at participating merchants and online stores.

How to Use:
 
Visit the Mastercard website at https://mtr.mastercardservices.com/th-TH/login to log in and study the details and conditions of the offer from the selected merchant
Select the merchant you wish to make a purchase with. The offer will display the label “Ready to use offer”, indicating it is instantly available without any additional activation
Make a qualifying purchase at participating merchants or online stores according to the specified terms (The spending period required to earn cashback will be shown on each merchant’s offer details page on the Mastercard website)
Cashback will be credited to the card automatically within 30 days The cashback transaction will appear on the card statement as “MastercardTravel”

Offer Type 2: Activation Offer (Activation Required Before Use) Cardholders must activate the offer before making a purchase at participating merchants or online stores.

How to Use:
 

Visit the Mastercard website at https://mtr.mastercardservices.com/th-TH/login to log in and study the details and conditions of the offer from the selected merchant
Select the merchant you wish to make a purchase with. The offer will display the label “Activation offer”. Click to activate the offer. Once activated, the status will change to “Ready to use”

Note: Activated offers are refreshed quarterly. Cardholders must activate the offer again at the beginning of each quarter to continue receiving the benefits.
 
Make a qualifying purchase at participating merchants or online stores according to the stated conditions
(The spending period required to earn cashback - counted from the time the offer is activated - will be displayed on each merchant’s offer details page on the Mastercard website.)
Cashback will be credited to the card automatically within 30 days. The cashback transaction will appear on the card statement as: “MastercardTravel <Merchant Name>”

 
รูปแบบที่ 3 Offer Type 3: Redeem Online Offer (Redemption via Online Link Only) Cardholders must redeem the offer strictly through the provided online link. This offer type applies exclusively to online transactions.

How to Use:
 

Visit the Mastercard website at https://mtr.mastercardservices.com/th-TH/login to log in and study the details and conditions of the offer from the selected merchant.
Select the merchant you wish to make a purchase with. The offer will display the label “Redeem on” or “Redeem on website”
After clicking the label, the system will redirect the cardholder to the merchant’s website. Then click “Redeem on” or “Redeem on website” again to proceed
Make a qualifying purchase on the participating online merchant’s website according to the specified terms. (The spending period required to earn cashback - starting from the moment the offer is redeemed - will be displayed on each merchant’s offer details page on the Mastercard website)
Cashback will be credited to the card automatically within 120 days. The cashback transaction will appear on the card statement as: “MastercardTravel”

How to Check Cashback Status
- Via the Mastercard website: Check the cashback status by visiting https://mtr.mastercardservices.com/th-TH/login
- Via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking: Go to the “Accounts” menu, select “Card Details”, and review the cashback transaction. The cashback entry will appear under the name: “MastercardTravel”
