How to apply

To apply, simply fill out an application form at any Bangkok Bank branch then hand it in along with the required documents.

• Citizen ID Card, or
• Passport

Policy Cancellation and Premium Refund

• For Single Trip Coverage Policy, if policy cancellation is made after issuance of the policy, the premium will not be refunded, unless the Insured is not granted a visa. In this case, the Insured should submit evidence issued by the embassy to the Company and inform the Company before the effective date of coverage.
• For Annual Trip Coverage Policy, the Insured will be refunded in full if the Insured informs the Company of cancellation before the effective date of coverage.
• For Overseas Student Insurance, in case the Insured cancels the policy or is not granted a visa, the Insured will be refunded in full if the Company is informed before the effective date of coverage.
