Investment Policy

The Fund invests in equity instruments of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and/or the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) or other secondary markets of the SET, averaging in an accounting year not less than 80% of the NAV. The companies need to have good governance as determined by CG Scoring of the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) or other related organizations and be certified members of Thailand's Private Sector Collective Action against Corruption (CAC). However, the Fund will not invest in structured note, derivatives, non-investment grade and unrated securities.
