Investment Policy
- The Fund has a policy to invest in the investment units of an off-shore equity fund in which the Destination Funds diversify investments in securities or financial instruments of companies that benefit from operating businesses related to new digital technology that answer future lifestyle trends such as Cyber Security, Digital Commerce, Financial Technology, Digital Education, Digital Entertainment & Leisure, Remote Workplace, Smart City and Future Mobility, etc. The Fund will invest in investment units of 2 or more of the aforementioned funds in order to have net exposure averaged in an accounting year not less than 80% of the NAV of the Fund, with the investment ratio of each fund averaged in an accounting year not exceeding 79% of the NAV of the Fund. The investment ratio in the investment units of each fund depends on the Fund Managers' discretion, which may be adjusted according to the investment situation or forecast of the investment situation at any given time. The Fund will invest off-shore in order to have net exposure averaged in an accounting year not less than 80 percent of the NAV of the Fund .
- The Fund may invest in derivatives for efficient portfolio management or for hedging purposes depending on the discretion of the Fund Managers.
