Issuing Shipping Guarantee and Endorsing Delivery Order

If the Bank has the right to the goods, we can guarantee the shipping and endorse a document for air freight. This means you can use a shipping guarantee /delivery order to pick up your imported goods before the original documents arrive and save on time and storage fees.

To ensure your application will be processed quickly, please prepare all required documents as follows:

• Copy of invoice
• Copy of Bill of Lading/Air Waybill
• Letter of Indemnity/Letter of Guarantee for shipping company or airline, or Delivery Order form, signed by the authorized person on behalf of the importer
• Trust Receipt form signed by the authorized person on behalf of the importer

Importers must be responsible for any discrepancies in the documents delivered to the Bank such as the Bill of Lading or Air Waybill.
