| 1. Read Message [#1.1]1.1 What is "Bank Mail"? Bank Mail is a message sent directly by Bangkok Bank to a BIZ iBanking customer’s mail box. "Bank Mail" keeps customers up to date with latest in news and information from Bangkok Bank. [#1.2]1.2 How do I know when there is a new message? When you sign into BIZ iBanking, a message will appear on your screen, "Account Summary" page if you have any new messages. [#1.3]1.3 How can I read a message? You can go to the "Read Message" page by click "You have new message(s)" shown on the "Account Summary" page or select "Bank Mail" menu and select "Read Message" sub-menu. [#1.4]1.4 How can I delete a message? 1.4.1) Select the desired message 1.4.2) Click "Delete" button 1.4.3) Click "OK" to confirm deleting message 2. Send a Message [#2.1]2.1 How can I "Send a Message"? You can send a message to the Bank by clicking on the "Bank Mail" menu, selecting "Send a Message" sub-menu, and follow these steps: 2.1.1) Fill in your Contact Number and E-mail Address 2.1.2) Fill in the subject of the message 2.1.3) Write your message 2.1.4) Click on the "Confirm" button to send the message or click "Cancel" button if you want to terminate sending the message 3. Sent Messages [#3.1]3.1 How can I read "Sent Messages"? You can read a sent message by clicking on the "Bank Mail" menu and select "Sent Messages" sub-menu. The list of sent messages will be displayed. You can click on a message to read the details. [#3.2]3.2 How can I delete a sent message? 3.2.1) Select the desired message 3.2.2) Click "Delete" button 3.2.3) Click "OK" to confirm deleting message Note: A newly sent message cannot be deleted on the same day it is sent. |
