| 1. Preferences [#1.1]1.1 What preferences can I set here? You can change your own password and select the language you wish to view on BIZ iBanking here. 2. Change Password [#2.1]2.1 Why should I change my password? Changing your password regularly enhances your security. [#2.2]2.2 How can I change my password? 2.2.1) Select “Change Password” sub-menu. 2.2.2) Fill in your current password and enter the new password you wish to use in the “New Password” text box. 2.2.3) Confirm your new password by filling in the new password again in “Confirm New Password” text box. 2.2.4) Click “Confirm” to submit the change. [#2.3]2.3 What are the rules of new password setting? The password must conform to the following policies: - contain 6 characters or more - consist of at least one number (0-9) and at least one letter (a-z, A-Z) - case sensitive - special characters are allowed except & % + = 3. Language Setting [#3.1]3.1 How can I set up the language to be viewed on BIZ iBanking? Select “Language Setting” sub-menu. Choose the language you wish to view on BIZ iBanking. There are two choices: English and Thai. Click “Confirm” to submit the change. |
