Bond Accounts

You can make a buy order and view your order history via Bualuang iBanking as follows:

1. Buy Order 

1) On My Accounts page, select “Bond Holder Number” or go to Investments page where “Terms and Conditions relating to Mutual Fund Service” will be displayed.

      2) Select “My Bond Accounts” menu on the left and “Terms and Conditions relating to Scripless Service” will be displayed.

      3) Click “Accept” and the screen will show the “Buy Order” page.

      4) Select the Bond Holder Number you would like to use for the buy order.

      5) Choose the bond that you would like to buy. The screen will display as follows:
               • Bond Name
               • Issue Term
               • Par Value
               • Interest Rate
               • Maturity Date

      6) Select the account you would like to use to pay for the buy order.

      7) Enter the number of bond units you would like to buy and the screen will show you the amount for payment.

      8) Fill in the “Personal Reminder” if you would like to record a short message for your buy order.

      9) After you click “Next”, the system will display the “Buy Order-Verification” page for you to continue making your transaction and check the accuracy of your buy order.

      10) Click “Confirm” to verify your buy order or click “Back” if you wish to edit or cancel your buy order.

      11) After you click “Confirm”, a “Buy Order-Confirmation” screen will appear with a reference number which you can print for your records.

Remark:  After completing the buy order, you can update your bond book on the 15th day after the date of the transaction.

2. Order History

You can view the history of your orders made via Bualuang iBanking on the buy order page. On the buy order page, click “Order History” on the left, then the system will show you the history of your orders made via
  Bualuang iBanking.
