1. What is the e-Dividend Service?

The e-Dividend service is the service where the dividend / interest payment is made to a bank account to facilitate the securities holders in receiving dividend / interest from securities issuers.  Formerly, the dividend / interest payments are made to securities holders by cheques. With the e-Dividend service, this could facilitate securities holders to have more convenience. Moreover, securities holders continue receiving the letter regarding the dividend/ interest payments to bank accounts, including the withholding tax documents by mail.

You can apply e-Dividend Service via Bualuang iBanking and then your information will be provided to Thailand Securities Depository Co.,Ltd. (TSD)  for their processing.  When dividends and/or interest payments are due, these will be paid directly to your nominated bank account (transfers will be made electronically instead of paying by cheque). Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd (TSD) will be the party making the funds transfer.

2. How do I apply for e-Dividend Service?

1) At the Investments page, select “e-Dividend”.

    2) The e-Dividend application page will be displayed; please select account for e-Dividend, fill in your Citizen ID (Thai Citizen Only) and your mobile phone number.  Then, please read and agree to the terms and conditions.

    3) Click “Next” to apply for e-Dividend service or click “Cancel” to stop your e-Dividend service application.

    4) After clicking "Next", the system will display the screen reviewing the information you have filled in.  Click “Confirm” to proceed.

    5) After clicking “Confirm”, the screen will display the confirmation page of your e-Dividend service application which you can print out for reference.

Remark:your completed information will be provided to Thailand Securities Depository Co.,Ltd.
