How should I do if I lost my credit card?

Three steps to do if you have lost your Bangkok Bank credit card:

1. Cancel your card by reporting your loss to our 24-hour service on (66) 0 2638 4999.
2. Pay a fee of 200 baht to have your card re-issued.
3. Choose to receive your card via post or pick it up at a branch convenient to you. When your card is ready we will send you a letter.
