^**HB Incentive Benefit

• AIA will pay the maximum benefit not exceeding daily room & board benefit and not exceeding the maximum number of days of daily room & board benefit per disability in the case of in-patient treatment. The Insured is to be covered under the Group Medical Supplementary Contract which is attached by this HB Incentive endorsement, and this includes when the Insured Member utilizes insurance benefits for hospital admission from other schemes which are not AIA Insurance Policy.
• As stated in the Group Medical Supplementary Contract to which this endorsement is attached.
• Terms and conditions are subject to the HB Incentive endorsement.
