ALLY announces Final Offering Price and Allocation Results of the 2^nd Capital Increase

ALLY Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (ALLY) has offered the sale of additional trust units to investors during the period from 28 September to 2 October 2026, at an offering price (Subscription price) of Baht 4.75 per unit.

Subscribers of the additional Trust Units of ALLY may check the Final Offering Price on the website of the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 2 October 2026 from 10:30 pm. onwards, and may check the allotment results of the additional trust units from 6 October 2026 onwards through the branch of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited where the subscription was made, or through Bualuang Phone Service at 1333, or by contacting the investment advisor who handled their subscription.
