1. Order Cheque Book

1.1 What is ‘Order Cheque Book’ service?
The cheque book order service allows you to order your cheque books 24/7 for the current account you have registered with BIZ iBanking.

If you order a cheque book by 3 p.m. on a business day, and the bank has already deducted the cheque book order fee, you can pick up your cheque book from the branch on the next working day, if your account is held at a metropolitan branch.

If your account is held at a provincial branch, you can pick up your cheque book three working days after your request. The bank will destroy your cheque book if it is not collected within 15 days.

Note: An order placed after 3 p.m. (Bangkok Bank system time), or on bank holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

1.2 How do I order a cheque book?
1.2.1 On the Services page, click the “Order Cheque Book” menu.
1.2.2 Fill in the information below:
1.2.2.1 Select current account.
1.2.2.2 Cheques per book, choose 20 cheques or 50 cheques.
1.2.2.3 Number of books
If the Cheques per book is 20, please enter a number no greater than 10; OR
If the Cheques per book is 50, please enter a number no greater than 20.
1.2.2.4 Read and accept the conditions.
1.2.3 Click “Next” to make your transaction – the system will display the “Verification” page for you to review your transaction – or click “Cancel” if you wish to cancel your transaction.
1.2.4 Click “Confirm” to verify your cheque book order or click “Back” if you wish to edit or cancel.
1.2.5 After you click “Confirm”, the system will proceed with your cheque book order which you can print for your records.

2. Deposited Cheque Return

2.1 What is a "Deposited Cheque Return"?
BIZ iBanking allows the customer to check whether a deposited cheque has successfully or unsuccessfully been deposited into the account. You can view the records of the cheques deposited during the past six months.

2.2 How to view a "Deposited Cheque Return Inquiry"?
The Deposited Cheque Return is processed by:
2.2.1 Select the particular Account from the drop down lists.
2.2.2 Identify the Date Range of the deposited cheque.
2.2.3 Click on the “Confirm” button. The information regarding the returned deposited cheque will be displayed on the screen.

2.3 What is the "Collection Date"?
The “Collection Date” is the date that Bank sent cheque to collect from the issuing bank.

3. Issued Cheque Return

3.1 What is an "Issued Cheque Return"?
This is an inquiry about cheques which have been written by you, issued from your current accounts registered with BIZ iBanking. If a cheque that was written by you has been returned (i.e. did not clear, or funds were unable to be collected), the records of this cheque will appear in the report. You can view these records for the past six months.

3.2 How to view an “Issued Cheque Return Inquiry”?
An Issued Cheque Return Inquiry is processed by:
3.2.1 Select the particular Account from the drop down lists.
3.2.2 Identify the Date Range of the issued cheque.
3.2.3 Click on the “Confirm” button. The information regarding the returned issued cheque will be displayed on the screen.

3.3 How to view cheque image online?
Click on a cheque number to reveal an image of the cheque. The cheque image service is being progressively rolled out starting with cheques written and cleared in Bangkok metropolitan area branches.

3.4 What is the "Collection Date"?
The “Collection Date” is the date that Bank sent cheque to collect from the issuing bank.

4. Stop Cheque-Single cheque

4.1 What is "Stop Single Cheque"?
BIZ iBanking allows the customer to request stopping an issued cheque via the internet. The “Stop Single Cheque” can be requested and completed before the cheque collection date.

4.2 How to stop a single cheque?
The Stop Single Cheque is processed by:
4.2.1 Select the particular Account from the drop down lists.
4.2.2 Identify the Cheque Number and Amount.
4.2.3 Specify the Date on the cheque and the payee name.
4.2.4 Click “Next” to proceed to the verification page.
4.2.5 Press “Confirm” to stop the cheque.

Note:
- A cheque that has already been paid (cleared) cannot be stopped.
- A copy of this request will be stored in your Bank Mail outbox.

5. Stop Cheque-Range

5.1 What is "Stop Cheque- Range"?
BIZ iBanking allows the customer to request stopping a range of issued cheques via the internet. The “Stop Cheque Range” can be requested and completed before the cheques collection date.

5.2 How to stop a range of cheques?
The “Stop Cheque Range” is processed by:
5.2.1 Select the particular Account from the drop down lists.
5.2.2 Identify the Numbers of the Cheque Range.
5.2.3 Select the reason for stop cheque.
5.2.4 Click “Next” to proceed to the verification page.
5.2.5 Click “Confirm” to stop the cheques.

Note:
- Cheques that have already been paid (cleared) cannot be stopped.
- The “Stop Cheque Range” cannot be processed if the cheque range includes cheque(s) that have been previously stopped.
- A copy of this request will be stored in your Bank Mail outbox.

6. Hold Passbook

6.1 What is "Hold Passbook"?
If the customer has lost their passbook, BIZ iBanking allows them to put the lost passbook on hold.

6.2 How to hold a passbook?
The hold passbook is processed by:
6.2.1 Select the particular Account from the drop down lists.
6.2.2 Click “Next” to proceed to the verification page.
6.2.3 Click “Confirm” to complete the transaction and then the system display complete message.

Note: A passbook that has already been “held” cannot be re-activated. You should contact BBL branch to change new passbook.

7. Statement Request

7.1 What is a "Statement Request"?
BIZ iBanking allows the customer to request a Bank statement, only for current accounts, via the internet. To request statement, the account must be registered with BIZ iBanking. The customer will received their statement by registered mail to the mailing address provided.

7.2 How can I request a statement?
To request a statement is processed by:
7.2.1 Select the particular Account from the drop down lists.
7.2.2 Identify the Date Range of the particular statement.
7.2.3 Click the “Next” button to proceed to the verification page or click the “Cancel” button if you want to terminate the request.
7.2.4 Click “Confirm” to complete the transaction.

Note:

- A fee may be applied for the statement request service.
- A copy of this request will be stored in your Bank Mail outbox.

8. Balance Investigation

8.1 What is "Balance Investigation"?
BIZ iBanking allows the customer to request an account balance investigation via the internet. To request a balance investigation, the account must be registered with BIZ iBanking. A customer can make a balance investigation request on any account.

8.2 How to request a "Balance Investigation"?
To request a “Balance Investigation” is processed by:
8.2.1 Select the particular Account from the drop down lists.
8.2.2 Fill in the “Displayed Balance Amount” and “Actual Balance Amount”.
8.2.3 Fill in the “Statement Date (only credit card account)” and “Balance Date”.
8.2.4 Fill in the “Contact Number”, “E-mail Address” and “Description”.
8.2.5 Click “Confirm” to complete the transaction.

9. Transaction Investigation

9.1 What is a "Transaction Investigation"?
BIZ iBanking allows the customer to request a transaction investigation via Internet in case there is a suspended transaction on the account. To request a transaction investigation, the account must be registered with BIZ iBanking. A customer can make a transaction investigation request on any account.

9.2 How to request a "Transaction Investigation"?
To request a “Transaction Investigation” is processed by:
9.2.1 Select the particular account from the drop down lists.
9.2.2 Fill in the “Amount”.
9.2.3 Fill in the “Statement Date” (only credit card account) and “Transaction Date”.
9.2.4 Identify the “Bank Reference Number” and select the “Reason” from the list.
9.2.5 Identify the “Channel” that you have done the particular transaction.
9.2.6 Fill in the “Contact Number”, “E-mail Address” and “Description”.
9.2.7 Click “Confirm” button to complete the Transaction Investigation.

10. Session Summary

10.1 What is "Session Summary”?
Session Summary is a summary of events and transactions during your BIZ iBanking session. Click "Print" button to print a session summary for your reference.
