Bangkok Bank Senior Executive Vice President Virasak Sutanthavibul (left) received a National Innovation Award for Media (Online) at the Innovation Thailand Expo 2019 from Dr.Pan-arj Chairatana (right), Director of the National Innovation Agency (Public Organization) or NIA, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. The Bank was awarded for its outstanding content on www.facebook.com/bangkokbanksme and www.bangkokbanksme.com, especially for content regarding Business Disruption. The criteria for this award considered capabilities to distribute news and information regarding innovation through online media through three key engagement indicators Like, Share and Comment during a one year-period of June 1, 2018 - May 31, 2019. Social listening and monitoring tools were used to collect and analyze data from shortlisted online media.
