This will take place on Saturday, September 11, 2021 from 02:30 a.m. to 07:00 a.m. Bangkok Bank customers will be unable to access Bangkok Bank services during the times indicated below:
02:30 a.m. - 07:00 a.m.
- Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking
02:30 a.m. - 03:45 a.m.
- Bualuang iBanking
- BIZ iBanking
- Banking Agent
- Bualuang ATMs, CDMs and CDM/ATMs
- All types of Bangkok Bank Debit Cards (cannot be used for financial services)
- All types of Bangkok Bank Credit Cards (cannot be used for cash advances)
- Bangkok Bank Prepaid ATM Card (cannot be used for financial services)
- Bualuang Phone (cannot check account balances and make financial transactions via the Contact Center)
- Funds Transfer, Deposits and Bill Payments from other banks to Bangkok Bank accounts
- e-Wallet and QR Payment services
