Bangkok Bank President Chartsiri Sophonpanich said the resolution was adopted at the meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) No. 2/2024 on February 22, 2024. The Bank approved the dividend payment for the operating results of the year 2023, which was derived from retained earnings, and resolved it to be paid at the rate of 7.00 baht per ordinary share, totaling 13,361,900,258.00 baht. The dividend yield per net profit was 35.60%, a part of which was paid as an interim dividend at the rate of 2.00 baht per ordinary share on September 22, 2023. The remaining amount will be paid on May 10, 2024 at the rate of 5.00 baht per ordinary share. The record date for determining the shareholders who have the right to receive the dividend payment is April 24, 2024.
