Trusted partner for family business – Bangkok Bank, as a “trusted partner” who is always by the customers’ side, led by Miss Voraporn Vidhayasirinun, Executive Vice President, Wealth Management (2nd from left), and Mr. Cholathee Pornrojnangkool, Senior Vice President, Wealth Management (far left), organized “Legacy Reinvented: Empowering Next Wave of Family Businesses” seminar to share knowledge on “Management of Family Businesses” for 300 high net worth Bualuang Exclusive customers. The event was attended by Mr. Martin Roll (2nd from right), a world-class expert in family business strategy consulting, who shared his experience as a consultant for leading companies on the topic of “Guidelines for Strategic Planning and Management of Family Businesses for Sustainable Growth”, focusing on creating strategies to develop and strengthen family businesses, setting family constitutions, managing shareholding structures, and long-term business succession. In addition, Dr. Sathit Pongtanya, Senior Vice President, Head of Family Wealth Solutions, Wealth Management (far right), gave a speech on “Tax Management, Inheritance Planning and Establishment of Family Holding Company”, to explain the guidelines for business succession and inheritance in the context of Thai law and case studies of business succession strategies of world-class companies. The seminar was held at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok.
