Bangkok Bank supports the 77th Mobile Medical and Dental Unit in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province to provide equal access to healthcare services
Promote equal access to healthcare services – Bangkok Bank, led by Ms.Chonlamas Thongchai, Nakhon Si Thammarat branch manager, together with branch managers and staff in Southern Region 1, Consumer Banking, volunteered with a team of doctors, pharmacists, and nurses to donate 100,000 baht, 15 wheelchairs, and 800 pairs of prescription glasses to support the 77th Mobile Medical and Dental Unit (the 3rd time of 2025) of the Medical and Dental Mobile Unit Foundation (MDF). The donation was received by Dr.Rim Kessakorn, Chairman of Committee Medical and Dental Mobile Unit Foundation at Suphanikar Auditorium, Ramkhamhaeng University, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The donations aim to provide patients and underprivileged people in rural areas with medical and dental services, including internal medicine, dermatology, ENT, eye care, pediatrics, acupressure, acupuncture (by alternative medicine from the Department of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine, Ministry of Public Health), and dental services including full and partial dentures with acrylic bases, tooth extraction, tooth scraping, gum disease, fillings, sealants, and fluoride coatings. A total of 1,486 people received services free of charge. Mr.Somchai Leelanoi, Nakhon Si Thammarat 's Governor presided over the opening ceremony of the event.

In 2025, the Bank supported the activity four times and contributed a total of 400,000 baht. The last activity this year will be held in November in Kamphaeng Phet Province. This reaffirms the Bank’s commitment in promoting equal access to healthcare and dental care and reinforcing its role as “a trusted partner and reliable close friend” to Thai society.
