Kobsak Pootrakul, Bangkok Bank Senior Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary, said the Board of Directors of the Bank adopted a resolution at the meeting on August 28, 2025 to the effect that an interim dividend for the operations for the first half of the year 2025 be paid on September 26, 2025 at the rate of 2.00 baht per ordinary share. The record date for determining shareholders’ right to receive the dividend shall be September 11, 2025.
