Bangkok Bank wins 5 major regional awards reinforcing the image of a leading provider of a full range of financial services in TAB Global Business Achievement Awards 2026
Financial Services Leader – Bangkok Bank won five awards from Global Transaction Finance Awards & Global Financial Market Awards 2026 which were presented at the TAB Global Business Achievement Awards 2026 ceremony at Mandarin Oriental hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The awards were organized by the leading regional finance media company The Asian Banker magazine. Bangkok Bank Berhad, Malaysia Chief Executive Officer Mr. Kanet Buranasin, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Mr. Surayud Kanchanabhogin, and Head of Finance Mr. Chan Tuck Yuan represented the Bank to accept three awards from Global Transaction Finance Awards 2026, which are awarded to financial institutions with outstanding financial transaction services in the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. These are Best Trade Finance Bank in Thailand (received for the 15th time), Best Transaction Bank in Thailand (received for the first time) and Best Payments Bank in Thailand (received for the 10th time)
Bangok Bank also won an award under the Global Financial Markets Awards 2026 category which is awarded to organizations with an outstanding performance in the financial markets namely Best Custodian Bank in Thailand (received for the 12th consecutive time) and one special award namely Best Corporate, Investment and Wholesale Bank in Thailand for 2026 to honor organizations that have excelled in providing excellent services to business customers, institutional customers, and capital and money market business.
