• The offer is valid for Bangkok Bank Travel Card cardholders only.

• Get special discounts on Miracle Lounge access fees

  • Get a 30% discount (up to 450 baht) on Miracle Lounge access fee at Suvarnabhumi Airport
  • Get a 15% discount (up to 150 baht) on Miracle Lounge access fee at Don Mueang Airport

Miracle Lounge Access Fees:

• Note: Access fees may change according to Miracle Lounge's conditions, which will be notified via the Miracle Lounge official Facebook page and Miracle Lounge service points.

• The discount is valid for the cardholders and up to 5 guests per visit/flight with unlimited times per year. The difference after the discount must be paid using the Bangkok Bank Travel Card only.

• To access the lounge, cardholders must present the following proof to Miracle Lounge staff:

  • Bangkok Bank Travel Card
  • Boarding pass
  • Passport

• Cardholders can use the lounge at Don Mueang or Suvarnabhumi Airport for up to 2 hours per visit. If a visit exceeds the time limit, cardholders need to pay additional fees according to Miracle Lounge rates using the Bangkok Bank Travel Card only.

• Bangkok Bank is not involved in the production, service provision, sales, import, or delivery of goods/services. The bank is not responsible for any loss, damage, defect, or other issues regarding such goods/services. For any problems or inquiries, please contact Miracle Lounge Customer Relations 24 hours a day, every day from Sunday to Saturday.

Miracle Lounge service points and operating hours

At Don Mueang Airport,there are 3 locations:

• Miracle Lounge International, open 24 hours has 2 locations inside the Airside area after the security checkpoint.
• Miracle Lounge Domestic, open daily from 05:30 a.m. – 08:00 p.m., is located in the Airside area after the security checkpoint. The lounge is located between Pier 4 and Pier 5

At Suvarnabhumi Airport, there are 11 locations:

• Miracle Lounge International is open 24 hours a day, every day

  • Concourse A Block 2, Level 3 (East side) – First class & business class
  • Concourse A1, level 3 (East side) – First class & business class
  • Concourse C, level 3 (East side) – First class & business class
  • Concourse D, level 3 opposite Gate D5 – Business class
  • Concourse D, level 3 opposite Gate D6 – First class
  • Concourse F, level 3 (West side) – Business class
  • Concourse G, level 3 (West side) – First class
  • Concourse G, level 3 (West side) opposite Gate G2 – Business class
  • Concourse G, level 4 (West side) opposite Gate G2 – First class
  • Terminal SAT–1 (International Flights) – First class

• Miracle Lounge Domestic is open every day from 05:00 a.m. – 07:00 p.m.

  • Concourse D, level 2 (located in the Airside area, after the security checkpoint on level 4. Go down the escalator, the lounge is located next to the walkways)

How to use Miracle Lounge services

To access the lounge, cardholders must present the following proof to Miracle Lounge staff:

2. Boarding Pass
3. Passport
