Bangkok Bank has reserved cash of 50 billion baht to serve customers during the New Year festival via 10,000 ATMs nationwide. The Bank confirms that more than 300 micro branches will be open during usual hours in shopping centers and department stores nationwide, except for those in Highly Controlled Areas as categorized by the Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration. The Bank is following strict measures to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 in line with the standards established by the Public Health Ministry. The Bank will refill cash in locations near major tourist attractions after the Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration agreed to categorize provinces according to their situation without a national lockdown.
Bangkok Bank reported that it has reserved cash of 50 billion baht to serve customers during the New Year festival from Thursday, December 31, 2020 - Sunday, January 3, 2021 via 10,000 ATMs nationwide. Other electronic channels are also available to provide transaction services to customers including CDMs, Bualuang iBanking, Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking, Bualuang Phone 1333 or 0 2645 5555 and QR Code payments.
During the holiday period, customers can use financial services at more than 300 micro branches which will be open at usual hours in shopping centers and department stores nationwide, except for those in Highly Controlled Areas as categorized by the Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration. The Bank is following strict measures to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 in line with the standards of the Public Health Ministry. The Bank’s branches nationwide will resume normal operations on Monday, January 4, 2021.
The Bank has also prepared a plan to refill cash in locations near major tourist attractions after the Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration agreed to categorize provinces according to their situation without a national lockdown. Customers can be confident that they can withdraw cash to spend during the holidays and conveniently make other financial transactions.
