AEC Business Leader Batch 4 participants attended the opening ceremony of the AEC Business Leader program and exclusive talks by honorable guest speakers on May 11, 2019 at the Ballroom, Banyan Tree Hotel Bangkok.
Mr. Chaiyarit Anuchitworawong, Bangkok Bank Senior Executive Vice President, Head of International Banking Group & Manager, International Branch Division and AEC Business Leader’s program director welcomed participants in the AEC Business Leader Batch 4 and said that Bangkok Bank continues to support Thai entrepreneurs to expand their businesses in the ASEAN market.
The AEC Business Leader program was privileged to have Mr. Kobsak Pootrakool, former Prime Minister's Office Minister as an honorable guest speaker on the topic “ASEAN Insight”. The Bank’s branch managers from Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar and Vietnam also joined the event and shared local expertise, experience and advice to help the participants to plan their businesses carefully.
The afternoon’s “Inspired Talk” was joined by Mr. Worawut Unchai, Chief Executive Officer of COL Public Company Limited. and Mr. Songpol Shanmatkit, Chief Executive Officer of TV Direct Public Company Limited. They urged participants to develop and adapt their businesses to a rapidly changing world.

AEC Business Leader Batch 4 participants attended an orientation course at Rayong Marriott Resort and Spa on April 27-28, 2019. Mr. Chaiyarit Anuchitworawong, Senior Executive Vice President, Head of International Banking Group & Manager International Branch Division, welcomed the participants and introduced them to Bangkok Bank’s capability in ASEAN where it can support the participants to expand their business into ASEAN markets. He also explained the benefits of the program and talked about the successes of its Alumni.
