  • Medical assistance...Get help finding your nearest hospital during an emergency, transferring a patient to the hospital, or arranging a home visit by a doctor.
  • Concierge services... The ultimate in concierge services – assistance in reserving a limousine, car rental or restaurant, booking a golf course, buying tickets to a movie, concert or show, having flowers delivered to a special someone, or in arranging flights or checking flight schedules.
  • Travel information... Going on holiday? As a Visa Platinum credit cardholder you can receive advice on arranging international visas, what to do if you lose your passport or baggage, and advice if you are sick during your trip. You can also receive the latest information about travel destinations and routes throughout Thailand.

Travel Accident Insurance

Up to USD 200,000 travel insurance protection for you, your spouse and any children aged under 23 years traveling together domestically or overseas when paying for public transport tickets or tour packages with your Bangkok Bank Visa Platinum credit card.

Special Bumrungrad Hospital Services

Cardholders will receive vouchers from Bumrungrad Hospital worth up to 8,300 baht.


Main card: Receive an Executive Check-up program voucher, worth 8,300 baht.
Supplementary card: Receive a discount voucher worth 3,000 baht for an Executive or Comprehensive check-up program.


Note: Vouchers are only available for new members and the hospital will collect Bumrungrad Hospital membership fees of 8,300 baht for the main card and 3,000 baht for the supplementary card, in your Bangkok Bank Platinum Bumrungrad credit card’s first billing cycle.

Conditions
(1) Reward Accumulations

  • We reserve the right to offer triple reward points for spending made using a Bangkok Bank Platinum Bumrungrad Hospital credit card at Bumrungrad Hospital only. The spending limit must not exceed 100,000 baht per year (calculated by the calendar year, 1 January - 31 December of each year). Amounts above 100,000 baht will earn you double points for every 25 baht spent. 
  • Reward points do apply to cash advances, canceled spending, Be Smart installment plan, interest, fines, fees, the purchase of mutual funds, life insurance and accident insurance.  


(2)The Discount

Does not apply to:

  • Doctor consultation fees or the cost of special medical instruments
  • Meals, nursing, and other services
  • Special medicine e.g. chemotherapy
  • Special laboratory costs


Note:

  • The privileges are reserved for only Bangkok Bank Platinum Bumrungrad Hospital credit cardholders.
  • The cardholders can receive inpatient discounts from the card activation date.
