Terms and Conditions
  • Complete Missions: Check in / Play games / Answer questions
    • This privilege is for customers of Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking who complete the following missions, by going to the “Rewards” menu, then to the “Mission” menu and choose “Other missions”, from April 10, 2024 – June 30, 2024
      • Check in for 7 days (in total) to get 100 Planktons per month.
      • Complete the game to get 50 Planktons per month.
      • Answer questions to get 50 Planktons per month. *All answers will be used for analyzing and improving Bangkok Bank’s products and services only. By clicking “Join Now” you confirm that you agree with the Terms and Conditions of Bangkok Bank.
    • All missions can be completed once per month. Once completed, Customers cannot retake the missions in the same month. Customers can complete the missions in the following month.
    • The maximum Planktons entitled each month is 200 Planktons (or a maximum of 600 Planktons throughout the campaign).
  • Transfer money at least once a day for 7 days in the same month get 100 Planktons (limit 3 rights / customer / month, or a maximum of 300 Planktons per month)
    • This privilege is for customers who transfer money via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking, at least once a day, totaling 7 days in the same month during the campaign period (except International Fund Transfer and Foreign Currency Deposits)
    • The campaign period is April 10, 2024 – June 30, 2024, within 11:00 p.m. of the day. Transactions made after 11:00 p.m. will be considered the next day (except on June 30, 2024 when customers can make transactions until 11:00 p.m.).
    • Customers must click “Join Now” in the “Rewards” menu, then go to the “Mission” menu before making a transaction (customers only need to click “Join Now” once for this mission for the entire campaign period).
    • Mission progress will be updated and shown within 2 days after making a successful transaction.
    • After completing the mission, customers will get 100 Planktons within 2 days.
    • For transactions from April 10,2024 - April 30,2024, the mission progress will be updated and shown by May 1, 2024. If the mission is completed from April 10,2024 - April 30,2024, customers will get Planktons by May 1, 2024.
    • Receive a maximum of 300 Planktons per month or a maximum of 900 Planktons for the entire campaign period from this mission (limit 3 rights/ customer/ month)
  • Pay a bill or top up for AIS / dtac / TrueMove H for the first time with 100 baht or more and get 300 Planktons (limit 1 right / customer for the entire campaign period)
    • This privilege is for customers who have never paid a bill or topped up AIS / dtac / TrueMove H on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking before.
    • This privilege is for customers who pay a bill or top up AIS / dtac / TrueMove H for the first time on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking for 100 baht or more, once during the campaign period.
    • The campaign period is April 10, 2024 – June 30, 2024, within 11:00 p.m. of the day. Transactions made after 11:00 p.m. will be considered the next day (except on June 30, 2024 when customers can make transactions until 11:00 p.m.).
    • Customers must click “Join Now” in the “Rewards” menu, then go to the “Mission” menu before making a transaction (customers only need to click “Join Now” once for this mission for the entire campaign period).
    • Mission progress will be updated and shown within 2 days after making a successful transaction.
    • After completing the mission, customers will get 300 Planktons within 2 days.
    • For transactions from April 10,2024 - April 30,2024, the mission progress will be updated and shown by May 1, 2024. If the mission is completed from April 10,2024 - April 30,2024, customers will get Planktons by May 1, 2024.
    • Receive a maximum of 300 Planktons from this mission for the entire campaign period.
  • Pay water bill via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking for 100 baht or more, once a month and get 200 Planktons
    • This privilege is for customers who use Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking to pay bills for the Metropolitan Waterworks or Provincial Waterworks of 100 baht or more / transaction, once a month during the campaign period.
    • The campaign period is April 10, 2024 – June 30, 2024, within 11:00 p.m. of the day. Transactions made after 11:00 p.m. will be considered the next day (except on June 30, 2024 when customers can make transactions until 11:00 p.m.).
    • Customers must click “Join Now” in the Rewards menu, then go to the “Mission” menu before making a transaction (customers only need to click “Join Now” once for this mission for the entire campaign period).
    • Mission progress will be updated and shown within 2 days after making successful transaction.
    • After completing the mission, customers will get 200 Planktons / month within 2 days.
    • For transactions from April 10,2024 - April 30,2024, the mission progress will be updated and shown by May 1, 2024. If the mission is completed from April 10,2024 - April 30,2024, customers will get Planktons by May 1, 2024.
    • Receive a maximum of 600 Planktons for this mission for the entire campaign period.
  • Scan to pay 50 baht or more for washing or drying in the WashXpress application, once a month get 200 Planktons
    • This privilege is for customers who pay for washing and drying in the WashXpress application and choose to pay 50 baht or more / transaction with Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking once a month during the campaign period.
    • • The campaign period is April 10, 2024 – June 30, 2024, within 11:00 p.m. of the day. Transactions made after 11:00 p.m. will be considered the next day (except on June 30, 2024 when customers can make transactions until 11:00 p.m.).
    • Customers must click “Join Now” in the Rewards menu, then go to the “Mission” menu before making a transaction (customers only need to click “Join Now” once for this mission for the entire campaign period).

      • 1,000 Planktons: customers can redeem

      in the “Rewards” menu within July 31, 2024. Otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege.

    • Customers can choose the same privilege every month.
    • After redemption, customers can check their privileges at "My Rewards" in the “Rewards” menu.
    • Customers can use discount code or e-Coupon until July 31, 2024. Otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege. 

       

    • Tao Bin e-Coupon valued at 10 baht is limited to 500 privileges for the entire campaign period.
    • Dairy Queen e-Coupon valued at 30 baht is limited to 1,000 privileges for the entire campaign period.
    • Shopee discount code valued at 50 baht is limited to 1,000 privileges for the entire campaign period.
    • Lazada discount code valued at 50 baht is limited to 200 privileges for the entire campaign period.
    • McDonald’s e-Coupon valued at 50 baht is limited to 1,000 privileges for the entire campaign period.

    • Privileges cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded or used with any other discounts or promotions.

    • In case of any dispute, the decision of Bangkok Bank and the company will be treated as final.
    Conditions for using Taobin e-Coupon
    • Customers are required to use the e-Coupon before it expires, otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege.
    • The e-Coupon can be used at any Taobin kiosks by selecting “Use/View coupon” and enter 8-digit number at the payment process.
    • Customers can check out available Taobin location at https://www.tao-bin.com/find-us
    • The e-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or other privileges for any reason.
    • The e-Coupon will not be refunded if the product value is less than the e-Coupon value.
    Conditions for using Dairy Queen e-Coupon
    • Customers are required to use the e-Coupon before it expires, otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege.
    • The e-Coupon is reserved for Dairy Queen products only (not applicable to products from other manufacturers sold at the store, such as water or soft drinks).
    • The e-Coupon is reserved only for customers who show the barcode on the coupon or online channels to receive privilege (when purchasing products according to terms and conditions).
    • The e-Coupon can be used at any branch (except Central Festival Samui, Jungceylon, outdoor shops, truck shops, mobile shops, delivery and SSP airport branches).
    • The e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
    • The e-Coupon cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded for any reason.
    Conditions for using Shopee discount code
    • The discount code is for buying products and services on the Shopee application (the code can only be used once)
    • Customers are required to use the discount code before it expires, otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege. The code can be used on the Shopee application only.
    • Applicable to all categories except ticket & voucher, baby powdered milk formula 1&2, gold bar, gold plate, gold rings, gold necklaces, gold earrings, gold bangles, diamond, diamond necklaces, diamond rings, diamond earrings, diamond bangles, and legally controlled goods. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or other promotional campaign.
    • The discount is applicable to Shopee supported logistics.
    • In the case of order cancellation, the discount cannot be refunded.
    • The discount cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded for any reason.

    Conditions for using Lazada discount code
    • Customers are required to use the discount code before it expires, otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege.
    • Customers must enter the discount code into the voucher code field before making payment.
    • Customers must register and log in before using the discount code.
    • The discount can be used once per purchase order.
    • Customers can combine the purchase amount from multiple stores; however, the total purchase amount must be greater than or equal to the minimum specified, after deducting shipping fees and other discounts, and must be paid in full only.
    • The discount cannot be used in conjunction with other Lazada discounts and is not eligible for promotion excluded items.

    Conditions for using Bangchak e-Coupon
    • Customers are required to use the e-coupon before it expires, otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege.
    • The e-Coupon cannot be exchanged, returned or exchanged for cash for any reason.
    • The e-Coupon can be used at participating Bangchak gas stations.
    • The e-Coupon can be used once per transaction.
    • In the case where the price of refueling is lower than the e-Coupon value, the difference cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
    Conditions for using Tops Market e-Voucher
    • Customers are required to use the e-Voucher before it expires, otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege.
    • The e-Voucher can only be used once.
    • The e-Voucher has no limit in the number of vouchers used per receipt.
    • The e-Voucher can be used in place of cash when purchasing products at any Tops branch.
    • The e-Voucher can be used at Tops, Tops Food Hall and Tops Fine Food all branches (except Tops Online).
    • The e-Voucher cannot be used to pay for CENTRAL EATERY products, various service fees or top-up, all types of phone cards and top-up cards, alcohol beverages, cigarettes, wholesale or bulk products with the same barcode of 6 packs or more, food court and products or services from rental shops sold under Central Food Retail Co., Ltd.
    • Customers are required to show the e-Voucher to receive the privileges at the cashier counter only.
    • The e-Voucher can be used with regular priced and promotional priced products.
    • The e-Voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded and cannot be used in conjunction with other discount coupons. Customers must choose to use either the e-Voucher or another discount/receipt.
    • The Company reserves the right not to accept the e-Voucher from phone screenshots, photographs, photocopies or printouts for any reason.
    Conditions for using Lotus’s e-Coupon
    • Customers are required to use the e-Coupon before it expires, otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege.
    • The e-Coupon cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or to another form of payment and cannot be used to purchase products that cost less than the e-Coupon value.
    • The e-Coupon can be used to purchase products at any Lotus’s and must be used before the expiration date.
    • The e-Coupon Can only be used once.
    • Applicable to all categories except alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, prepaid cards, gift cards, mobile phones, modified milk for infants and follow-up formula modified milk for infants and children (formula 1 and 2), Jungle Café, bill and fee payment service, postal service, food court, Lotus’s shop online and products/shops in the rental area of Lotus’s.
    • Customers are required to get the e-Coupon at the cashier counter only. The Company reserves the right not to use saved images or printouts.
    • The discount from using the e-Voucher will not be calculated for membership points.
    Conditions for using BBQ Plaza e-Voucher
    • Customers are required to use the e-Voucher before it expires, otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege.
    • The e-Voucher can only be used once for purchase of products and services and cannotbe exchanged for cash.
    • This e-Voucher has been submitted for VAT under section 78/3 of the Revenue Code for customers already. Therefore, when customers using the e-Voucher, tax invoices cannot be issued.
    • This e-Voucher is valid only at shops from Food Passion Co., Ltd. which includes all branches of Bar-B-Q Plaza, Charna, and Gon Express.
    • When customers purchase products and services, the value of this voucher will accumulate to earn membership points.
    • Customers are required to show this e-Voucher prior to payment. Otherwise, all rights attached to the-Voucher will be waived.
    • This e-Voucher can be used before the expiration date specified. Otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege.
    • The Company reserves the right not to be responsible for any damage caused by the customers in the following cases:
      • Unable to get the e-Voucher due to an error with the customer’s mobile phone. 
      • Unable to use the e-Voucher due to data loss.
      • Use of the e-Voucher incorrectly.
    • For purchasing and using this e-Voucher, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as appears in the Company's electronic communication channels in all respects.
    • The Company reserves the right to use this e-Voucher if the system has detected that the e-Voucher code has already been used.

    Conditions for using MK e-Voucher
    • Customers are required to use the e-Voucher before it expires, otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege.
    • The e-Voucher can be used at any MK store and in conjunction with the MK membership card.
    • The e-Voucher cards cannot be used with delivery services.
    • The e-Voucher card has no limit in the number of vouchers used per receipt.
    • The e-Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash from the Company.
    • You can use the e-Voucher card to receive the service together with paying for the food with cash or credit card.
    • When using an e-Voucher card to pay for food, customers must use the full amount specified on the front of the e-Voucher card at once. The Company will not provide the remaining value in changes for any reason.
    • The Company reserves the right not to accept e-Vouchers from phone screenshots.
    Conditions for using Starbucks e-Coupon
    • Customers are required to use the e-Coupon before it expires, otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege.
    • The e-Coupon can be used at Starbucks Thailand by scanning the QR Code from a mobile phone only.
    • The e-Coupon must be presented at the time of purchase and is not valid as a screenshot.
    • The e-Coupon can be used to pay for products and services at Starbucks stores only.
    • Customers can reuse the e-Coupon until the balance of the coupon is used up.
    • The e-Coupon can be used with Starbucks promotions.
    • The e-Coupon can be used at any Starbucks store in Thailand.
    • The e-Coupon cannot be topped up, used to transfer funds to the Starbucks card or added to the Starbucks application.
    • The e-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash and will not get Starbucks rewards benefits.
    • Customers can pay with a maximum of 15 e-Coupons per receipt only.
    • Starbucks adheres to the “Data Privacy policy” in which anyone other than the card owner will not be able to know or disclose card usage information. Therefore, in cases where the e-Coupon has already been used and the customer has questions, the card owner can contact Customer Care at 0 2339 0996 about usage information.
