Investment Policy
The Fund invests in the investment units of domestic and international property funds, and/or REITs, and/or infrastructure funds and/or ETFs that invest in the investment units of property funds, REITs or infrastructure funds, averaged in an accounting year not less than 80% of the NAV.
For the remaining portion, the Fund may invest in other domestic and foreign securities or assets including hedge-based derivatives (at the discretion of the Fund Manager), structured notes, and/or the investment units of other mutual funds under the same management averaged in an accounting year not more than 60% of the NAV.
The proportion of foreign investment shall be averaged in an accounting year not more than 79% of the NAV.
The Management Company may change the type and special characteristics of the Fund (Fund of Funds) to be the Feeder Fund, direct investment, or return to be the Fund of Funds without increased risk and significant change in returns. This is at the discretion of the Fund Manager depending on the market situation for the benefits of the unitholders.
