Deposit cash to an account directly via the following channels:

An e-Statement will be sent to your e-mail address every 3 months
Request previous statements at any branch of Bangkok Bank

If the Be1st debit card is lost, please call 1333 24/7 to suspend your account.
If you want to close your account, please do so at your own branch. Bring your Be1st debit card and ID card to show to our bank officers.
If you wish to change the type of account to a savings account with a passbook, please consult your bank officers at the branch where you opened the account.
