Easy to apply via our three channels

Apply for Bualuang iBanking via our Website

You can now apply for Bualuang iBanking via our website every day, from 7:00a.m. to 10:00p.m. Please prepare your ATM/Be1st card number along with your savings account passbook or current account cheque book. Go online to set up your User ID and Password, then you can log on to use the service immediately.

Start your application on the Bualuang iBanking website

Go to https://ibanking.bangkokbank.com, click the “Log On” button, and then click “Register Online”.

Select the card type you will use for registration

Register with ATM/Be1st card
Enter your ATM/Be1st card number along with your PIN using the on-screen keypad, then enter the numbers or letters displayed on the screen.

Register with Bangkok Bank credit card 
Enter your Bangkok Bank credit card number, card expiry date and total credit line, then enter the numbers or letters displayed on the screen.

Read the Bualuang iBanking and Bualuang mBanking Terms and Conditions, then click “Accept the Terms and Conditions”.

Enter your personal information

Enter the required personal information, such as:

  • Your Citizen ID (for Thais) or birthdate (for foreigners)
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number

Click “Next”, then a One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the mobile phone number you previously entered.

Enter the One Time Password (OTP) to confirm your registration.

Set up your User ID and Password to log on to Bualuang iBanking as follows:

  • “User ID” must be 6-32 characters
  • “Password” must be 8-32 characters

Registration completed. You can now access Bualuang iBanking.

If you click “Go to Account Summary”, the system will display account details linked to the card you used for registration.

Register with ATM/Be1st card

The system will display the account balance of the account you used to register.

Register with Bangkok Bank credit card

The system will display the following account details for the credit card you used to register:

 

  • Total Credit Line
  • Available Credit
  • Outstanding Balance
  • Rewards Points

You can use your User ID and Password to log on to Bualuang iBanking or to activate Bualuang mBanking service for the first time.

Note:

Website registration is not available in the following cases:

  • If the ATM/Be1st card you used to apply for the service is a joint account. In this case, please visit your nearest Bangkok Bank branch to apply. All joint owners of the account will have to go to the branch in person and present their ID cards, together with the account passbook.
  • If your personal information, as shown in the Bank’s database, identifies you as a “Tourist”, you will not be able to apply for the service via the website channel. In this case, please visit your nearest Bangkok Bank branch to apply.

 

Once the registration is completed, you can start making transactions via Bualuang iBanking between all types of accounts linked to your ATM/Be1st card (Savings, Current, Fixed and Sinmathaya Subthawee accounts, except in the case of joint accounts).

You can make balance inquiries, check account statements, order your cheque books or suspend your cheque payments. If you would like to make transactions that require a One Time Password forwarded via SMS to your mobile phone number, such as third-party account fund transfers or making payment you can upgrade to use the full features of Bualuang iBanking at any Bualuang ATM or branch simply by filling in the Bualuang iBanking amendment form. Take the form, your passport and the passbook of one of the accounts you have registered for Bualuang iBanking to any Bangkok Bank branch near you.

 

Apply for Bualuang iBanking via our ATM

Visit any Bualuang ATM with your ATM or Be1st Smart card, select “Apply for Service” and follow the on-screen instructions.

Insert your card into the ATM, enter your PIN, select "English", then select "Apply for Service" on the first screen.

Select "Bualuang iBanking"

The Bualuang iBanking Service Application confirmation screen will be displayed. Select "Confirm" to proceed.

Create a PIN for your first log on to Bualuang iBanking. You will be asked to enter the PIN number twice for confirmation.

Enter your mobile phone number. This will be used later in internet banking for you to receive a special One Time Password (OTP).

If the phone number is incorrect, you will be unable to complete the registration process.

Check and press "Continue" to proceed.

The ATM process is complete. A confirmation screen will be shown. You will receive an ATM slip from the machine containing a unique User ID which you can use to log on to Bualuang iBanking with the PIN you selected.

The PIN you have selected will be valid for three days only – please log on to the website within the three days to avoid having to repeat the ATM set up process again.

After concluding the ATM set up, please go to the website to log on.

After registering via ATM, you can log on to Bualuang iBanking at https://ibanking.bangkokbank.com and conclude your registration. To log on, simply follow these steps:

Enter your Bualuang iBanking "User ID" and "PIN" (the User ID is on the ATM slip; the PIN is the number that you selected and entered at the ATM).

The Terms and Conditions will be shown. Please check to show you have read and understood these terms, then click "Accept" to proceed.

A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent via SMS to your mobile phone (this is the number that you provided to the bank at the ATM screen earlier). Please enter the "OTP" and your "13-digit ID Card Number" (for Thai customers).

or "Date of Birth" (for foreign customers). Click "Confirm" to proceed.

Create your password. You will use the password for your next and subsequent log-ons. Click "Confirm" to confirm the password. The system will then display the page showing all your accounts – the "My Accounts" page.  

Note:

ATM registration is not available in the following cases:


If the ATM/Be1st card you used to apply for the service is a joint account. In this case, please visit your nearest Bangkok Bank branch to apply. All joint owners of the account will have to go to the branch in person and present their ID cards, together with the account passbook.


If your personal information, as shown in the Bank’s database, identifies you as a “Tourist”, you will not be able to apply for the service via the website channel. In this case, please visit your nearest Bangkok Bank branch to apply.

  • Your PIN will expire three days after the day of your ATM registration. If your PIN expires before you use it, you can re-apply at any Bualuang ATM and create a new PIN.
  • If you lose your ATM slip or your User ID on the slip becomes unreadable after completing your ATM registration, you can re-apply at any Bualuang ATM and create a new PIN.
  • After you have completed registration by logging onto Bualuang iBanking, you will be able to make transactions from any of your deposit accounts linked to the ATM or debit card you used to register. Eligible accounts include savings, fixed, current and Sinmathaya Subthawee accounts. Joint accounts cannot be accessed immediately.
  • If you wish to add a new deposit, mutual fund, joint or credit card account, please visit your nearest Bangkok Bank branch to fill out a Bualuang iBanking amendment form.

Apply for Bualuang iBanking at the branch

Simply print out an application form and take it to your nearest branch (or obtain a copy of the form at your branch and fill it out) along with the following required documents:

  • ID card/Passport (foreign customers)
  • Savings Account passbook or Current Account Cheque Book
  • Cheque Order that you wish to apply for Bualuang iBanking/mBanking

Foreign customers registering should provide their passport and evidence of a local residential address (not a PO Box or hotel), a list of accounts to be registered, and the following identification documents.

You have permanent residency in Thailand

  1. Valid passport or Alien Certificate or Certificate of Residency
  2. House Registration in Thailand

You are working in Thailand and hold a non-immigrant B visa

  1. Valid passport
  2. Valid work permit

You hold a tourist visa or non-immigrant visa

  1. Valid passport, and
  2. ONE of the following documents:
    1. 2.1 An identity document issued by:
      • An embassy or international organization.
      • An official agency from another country, such as a document from the relevant agency giving evidence of the customer’s right to receive pension funds.
      • A customer’s home bank, sent to Bangkok Bank via the SWIFT messaging network.
      • A Person acceptable to theBank, e.g. branch officer, customer, government officer or company executive.
      • An educational institution located in Thailand and acceptable to the Bank.
      • A company acceptable to the Bank, confirming the customer is in the process of getting a work permit.
      2.2 Other documents that show the name of the customer, e.g. a document showing ownership of real estate in Thailand such as a unit in a condominium.

 

Note: The Bank will consider your submitted documents in its approval process for your application.

You will receive a unique User ID and PIN that you can use to log on at https://ibanking.bangkokbank.com and then start convenient online banking with us.

How to request a new Bualuang iBanking User ID and PIN


Enter your ATM PIN, select “English” and “Apply for service”.

Select “Bualuang iBanking”.

Then “Re-set PIN and User ID”.

Enter your new 4-digit PIN.

Enter the mobile phone number you have already registered with Bualuang iBanking. 


To update or correct your mobile phone number registered with Bualuang iBanking, please submit an amendment form, attaching your passport and passbook, at any Bangkok Bank branch.

Wait to receive your User ID via SMS.

You can use your new User ID and 4-digit PIN to immediately log on at: https://ibanking.bangkokbank.com


Wait to receive an SMS OTP from the bank to complete your Bualuang iBanking log on.

Enter the OTP and your date of birth, check if it is correct.

Then change your 4-digit PIN to your new password.

Note:

If you don’t have a Bangkok Bank ATM or Be1st card, you can request a new Bualuang iBanking User ID and PIN at any Bangkok Bank branch nationwide by submitting an amendment form, attaching your passport and passbook for identification.
