Service Details
Guarantee Issuing for Government Procurementisa via Blockchain Technology services jointly developed by Bangkok Bank and the Government Procurement Department, with Bangkok Bank providing the link between the Bank, customers and the department through the system of the Comptroller General's Department. This service aims to make the procurement process transparent, reduce corruption and help entrepreneurs run their business smoothly and efficiently. This facilitates entrepreneurs who are registered with the procurement system for the government sector (Electronic Government Procurement via Blockchain Technology: e-GP) of the Comptroller General's Department. Five types of guarantees can be electronically issued via Bangkok Bank's website:
- Bid Bonds, Tender Guarantees
- Performance Bond Guarantees
- Lien Bond Guarantees
- Retention Bond Guarantees
- Advance Bond Guarantees
Who can use it?
- Businesses which are registered for Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP)
- Businesses with a credit line with the Bank
How to Apply
You can apply for the government procurement system (Electronic Government Procurement: e-GP)
of the Comptroller General's Department by looking at the procurement system details of the Comptroller General’s Department at http://www.gprocurement.go.th. Then click the tab “Find the procurement information you are interested in,” type “Print Registration Form” and click to download the Manual for Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) via Blockchain Technology.
Remarks: e-GP system of the Comptroller General's Department is compatible with Internet Explorer9 (IE9) and later versions.
