Reasons your identity verification is not successful:
- You failed to enter the correct 7-digit reference code on more than 5 occasions, or you have taken more than 48 hrs and the code has expired.
- You haven’t sent an identity verification request via “Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking”
- You’ve successfully verified your identity at the ATM, but you didn't use the same ID card to re-verify.
- You used an expired a Citizen ID card.
- The machine is broken such as the card reader function.
