(1) Conditions for special price for domestic flight ticket at 499 baht/person/flight
- Reserved for reservation of domestic flight by AirAsia, Nok Air and Thai Lion Air with a maximum of 10 tickets/card/calendar year.
- Flight tickets must be issued under the name of the Bangkok Bank Platinum Sawadee credit cardholder. The cardholder can only buy flight tickets for others if the reservation code includes the name of the cardholder.
- Flight tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- The special price of 499 baht/flight is reserved for airline reservations with a total price not exceeding 1,200 baht (excluding luggage allowance and additional service charges). If the price exceeds 1,200 baht, the cardholder must pay the difference directly with Web Sawadee. Flights and airfares can be checked directly via the websites of AirAsia, Nok Air and Thai Lion Air airlines. For example, if the price is 1,500 baht/flight (excluding luggage allowance and additional service charges) the cardholder must pay the additional 300 baht to Web Sawadee.
- Flight tickets in the form of E-tickets will be sent to the cardholder via the email they have provided.
- Flight reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to the travel date.
- Reservations cannot be made for flights on Fridays, during the Songkran festival (April 10-16) or New Year festival period (December 25 - January 5).

- Reserved for applications for Web Sawadee membership (Platinum level). The membership fee is 19,999 baht.

(3) Conditions for 10% discount coupon (Electronic Coupon: E-Coupon)
- Reserved for reservations for overseas accommodation and payment through www.sawadee.com
- Reserved for cardholders who submit the reservation details and payment documents via email: sawadeebangkokbank@bkkbox.com within 30 days of the date of purchase. The E-coupon will be sent to the cardholder’s email by Web Sawadee.
- The E-coupon can be redeemed for a 10% discount for the next reservation on overseas accommodation via email: sawadeebangkokbank@bkkbox.com.
- E-coupon cannot be transferred.
- E-coupons are valid for 1 year, the expiration date shown on the E-coupon. It will be shown as 1 E-coupon/room /night/reservation code.
(4) Conditions for 5% discount for flight tickets
- Reserved for flight tickets from participating airlines – Thai Airways, Thai Smile, AirAsia, Nok Air, Thai Lion Air, Cathay Pacific, EVA Air and Emirate Airline. Reservations can only be made through Sawadee Call Center (66) 0 2674 5588.
- Flight tickets must be issued under the name of the Bangkok Bank Platinum Sawadee credit cardholder. Discounts are only available for other passengers if the reservation code includes the cardholder name.
- Flight tickets in the form of E-tickets will be sent to the cardholder via the email they have provided.
- Reservations cannot be made for flights on Fridays, during the Songkran festival (April 10-16) or New Year festival period (December 25 - January 5).
- Discounts will be calculated based on airfares as shown on airlines’ websites on the date of making a reservation, and exclude tax, fees and/or other services.
- Mileage rewards and other special services are according to the terms and conditions of the airlines.
- Airfares are determined by the airlines. If flights are changed or cancellations made after payment, additional fees from the airlines may apply.

(5) Conditions for 50% discount for AVIS car rental
- Reserved for domestic car rentals and reservations through www.avisthailand.com/sawadee
- Reservations are subject to fleet availability.
- 7% VAT and insurance with deductibles (8,000-15,000 baht) are included.
- Insurance Type 1 (without deductibles) is excluded. Other additional services can be purchased at AVIS Thailand counter service.
- For one-way rental, returned at a different location, conditions apply. The car rental is for a minimum of 3 days with a charge for a one-way drop off. There is no drop off charge if rentals are for 7 days or more.
- Required documents for car rental include: 1) Citizen ID card 2) Driving license 3) Valid credit card, under the same name as on the rental contract for a deposit of 8,000-15,000 baht/car, rental payment and other services (if any).

(6) Conditions for free travel package
- Reserved for cardholders with accumulated spending in accordance with the conditions below:
- Krabi package for 3 days 2 nights worth 24,000 baht, when accumulated spending with the card is 700,000 baht/year
- Shanghai package for 5 days 3 nights worth 44,000 baht, when accumulated spending with the card is 1,000,000 baht/year
- Maldives package for 3 days 2 nights worth 138,000 baht, when accumulated spending with the card is 1,500,000 baht/year
- Calculation of accumulated spending is based on the calendar year, 1st January - 31st December of each year. Accumulated spending includes credit card spending and installment payments for goods and services (Be Smart) and is only for billed items within the specified period. Cash withdrawals, all kinds of interest, fees, fines, cancelled items, transferred outstanding balance from other loans or other credit cards and purchases for commercial purposes are excluded.
- The travel package is for two persons. It includes round-trip flight tickets, accommodation, and food and travel program arranged by Web Sawadee. Travel insurance is not included.
- Reserved for a maximum of 1 free travel package/card/year. The travel package can be transferred to others.
- Web Sawadee reserves the rights to schedule the specific travel date of the travel package.
- Reserved for cardholders who retain membership of Bangkok Bank Platinum Sawadee credit card, with no defaults on payment and no violation of the conditions of using a Bangkok Bank credit card.
- The Bank will inform eligible cardholders, who have met the accumulated spending according to the conditions by post along with the eligibility letter from Web Sawadee within 60 days after the one-year period ends.
- Web Sawadee reserves the right to change the travel program for an equivalent package price as appropriate without prior notice, in the event of strikes, natural disasters, catastrophes, insurrections, accidents etc.
- Web Sawadee will not be responsible for the costs incurred if a traveler is refused entry at immigration.
- Web Sawadee reserves the rights to cancel the travel in the event of natural disasters such as a Tsunami, earthquake, volcano eruption, flood, windstorm etc.
