Qualifications

You must be a Thai national and a retired civil servant or permanent civil employee receiving a monthly pension.

Your current age plus to the term of the loan must not be more than 90 years.

You must not be bankrupt at the time you submit the loan application.

You must be able to make loan repayments in accordance with the Bank’s lending criteria.

Required Documents
- Thai Citizen ID card or pensioner ID card.
- A copy of your house registration.
- A copy of a document certifying any change to your name/surname (if applicable).
- A letter certifying your family inheritance pension to be used as collateral.
- A copy of the first page of your Bangkok Bank passbook to receive your loan once it is approved.
