Investment Policy
The Fund only invests in the investment units of Fidelity Funds - Global Technology Fund, Class Y-ACC-USD. (the Master Fund), averaged in an accounting year not less than 80% of the NAV. For the remaining portion, the Fund may invest in securities or other assets that have been specified or approved by the SEC both domestically and internationally. In addition, the Fund may invest in derivatives to hedge against the exchange rate risk depending on the discretion of the Fund Manager and/or for the efficient portfolio management and/or structured note. The Fund may also invest in investment units of other mutual funds under the same management averaged in an accounting year not more than 100% of the NAV. Moreover, the invested fund can invest in other funds under the same management company but can only cascade to a maximum of 1 level.
The Management Company reserves the right to change the type and special characteristic of the Fund to be a Fund of Funds or direct investment or return to be a Feeder Fund without increasing risk and significant changes in returns. This is at the discretion of the Fund Manager and depends on the market situation for the best interest of the unitholders.

The investment units of Fidelity Funds - Global Technology Fund, Class Y-ACC-USD. It aims to achieve long-term returns by investing in equities issued by global companies which are involved in the development of products and services leading to the technological advancement, averaged in an accounting year not less than 80% of the NAV.
