How to apply
Easy to apply at any Bangkok Bank branch or contact your Relationship Manager, Fleet Card Sales Team or PTTOR Sales Team. Just fill in a Fleet Card Application Form, Letter Requesting Consent relating to the Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Data (for Company), Cardholder Information Form and Letter Requesting Consent relating to the Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Data (for Cardholder) then submit it along with the required documents:

- Company Registration Certificate certified by the Ministry of Commerce (not more than 90 days)
- Balance Sheets and Financial Statements
- Memorandum of Association (if any)
- Minutes of the Board Meeting with the agreement to arrange for the Fleet Card
- Copy of the passbook showing the account holder’s name and account number as well as statements for the past 6 consecutive months
- Copy of Citizen ID card/Passport
- Power of Attorney to act on behalf of the company
For Cardholder (In case the company wants to specify name on card)

Fees and Terms of Payment
Fees
- Entrance Fee: Free
- Annual Fee: 400 baht/card (The fee is waived for first year.)
- Card Replacement: 100 baht/card
Terms of Payment
- Card spending must be paid for in full by direct debit from a Bangkok Bank account within the due date.
- In case of late payment, the Bank will charge interest at the rate of 16% per year. The interest is calculated from the date the Bank makes payment to merchants/service providers when the cardholders used their credit card up until the date of complete settlement.
