International Banking Group (IBG) is a unit that provides credit services to international branches, and facilitates and conducts special projects to support the Bank’s growth overseas. For example, the AEC Connect Team provides extensive services covering credit and investment to Thai business operators who want to expand their business to other AEC countries. The team assists in facilitating, offering advice, providing financial support, as well as business matching to build network in the region.Working at Bangkok Bank provides me with challenges and a diverse scope of work. In addition, my superior always gives me an opportunity to share my ideas and to contribute to the team. I learn so much from working here that no university could ever teach.
Specialist - Product Development and Management
I work in Product Development and Distribution which is one of the support teams in Consumer Banking. The main role is to develop financial products and services and to create marketing strategies. At present, Bangkok Bank has a wide range of products and services on offer such as savings, mutual funds, home loans, debit cards and bancassurance to meet the needs of customers of all ages. Bangkok Bank is a trusted partner every step of the way and it offers financial knowledge to its customers in all aspects from savings, investment to financial protection.
People who work in this department must truly understand customers in order to develop successful products and services that fit with the lifestyle of our target consumer.
