e-Guarantee for Customs
With this service the Bank provides guarantees for customers/entrepreneurs to the customs department. Customers can apply for customs privileges through our online service. The guarantees cover importing under BOI investment privileges, importing for export under Section 19 bis, importing to bonded warehouse, importing under special benefits of free-trade area agreement, and importing with an exemption under Section 12. The guarantees cover price/ customs' tariff/ amount disputes, as well as duty on imports and exports, including excise tax and petrol capital guarantees. Easier and quicker guarantees of inward and outward duty payments to customs can be requested through the Bangkok Bank website.
