You can register for Bualuang Direct Debit Service via Bualuang iBanking. You can authorize companies that send you bills to deduct funds from your account automatically to pay for goods and services. The company will continue to send you a bill each month, but rather than having to make the payment yourself, it will be deducted automatically.
To register for Bualuang Direct Debit, please select "Register Direct Debit" from the "Payments" page. Before we process your request we will send an OTP via SMS to the mobile phone number that you have pre-registered with Bualuang iBanking. You will need this OTP to activate your online request to register for Bualuang Direct Debit Service.
You can contact the payee company to ask for details of the bill payments which will be processed by Bualuang iBanking, or check this information in the bill you receive from the payee.

Your mobile phone number has been changed
If you have changed your mobile phone number and have not yet advised the new number to Bualuang iBanking, please complete the Bualuang iBanking Amendment Form and hand it in at any Bangkok Bank branch, together with your ID card or passport for identification purposes.

You can optionally schedule funds transfers – immediate transfer, future transfer and regular transfer – for your Savings account, Fixed Deposit account, Sinmathaya Subthawee account and Current account.
Note: Deposits into a Fixed Deposit account or Sinmathaya Subthawee account via Bualuang iBanking can be made between 6:00a.m. and 11:00p.m.
Online registration of third-party accounts
You can register third-party accounts online without having to go into a branch. Here's how to do it:
To add more third-party accounts, only step 2 is required. You also have the option to deactivate SMS Authentication, if you prefer not to use it.
Check the account name when adding a third-party account
We have included the account name in the SMS message that we send when you are adding a new third-party account.
You should read the information contained in the message carefully. The SMS One-Time-Password message now includes the name of the intended account as well as the account number. Please check your SMS carefully before entering your OTP to ensure it has the correct:

When transferring funds to any third party for the first time
We will send you an OTP via SMS the first time you make a transfer to a newly added third-party account and request you to enter the OTP.
You are requested to check the account information and then to enter the OTP to confirm the fund transfer order (1st time only).
An OTP is required only for a first-time funds transfer to a newly added third-party account. After you input the transfer information, the bank will send the OTP via SMS to your registered mobile phone number. Please check your SMS carefully and then enter the OTP to confirm your transaction.
Your mobile phone number has been changed
If you have changed your mobile phone number and have not yet advised the new number to Bualuang iBanking, (check under the “Preferences” menu / “View Contact Information” sub-menu) please complete the Bualuang iBanking Amendment Form and hand it in at any Bangkok Bank branch, together with your ID card or passport for identification purposes.

SMS confirming the third-party funds transfer
You can now receive an SMS confirming your funds transfer and whether it has been processed or not. You can also opt to receive this alert via email. This service is available for immediate transfers, future-dated transfers and recurring transfers to a third party with Bangkok Bank accounts and to other banks using T-Express. Automatic messages are not generated for inter-bank transfers using T-Basic and T-Priority services.
SMS message notification
You can send an SMS message in either Thai or English to notify the recipients that you have transferred money to them. This option appears at the bottom of “Transfer Funds” page when "3rd Party Account" is selected.
