Simply take your Citizen ID card or passport and passbook to any Bangkok Bank branch in the same province as your home branch and you will be able to replace it with a new Be1st Smart debit card.
For security reasons, all cards that have been retained by ATMs are destroyed. However, as an extra measure, you should call Bualuang Phone 1333 24 hours a day to cancel your card as soon as possible. If you want a new card, simply take your Citizen ID card or passport and passbook to any Bangkok Bank branch in the same province as your home branch and you will be able to replace it with a new Be1st Smart card.
If you forgot your PIN, you cannot reset your PIN by yourself. To continue using your card, you can cancel it and request a card replacement simply by taking your Citizen ID card or passport and passbook to any Bangkok Bank branch in the same province as your home branch and you will be able to replace it with a new Be1st Smart card.
If your card is damaged, you can request a new card by simply taking your Citizen ID card or passport and passbook to any Bangkok Bank branch in the same province as your home branch and you will be able to replace it with a new Be1st Smart card.
You can select your transfer or purchasing limit for your card via Bualuang Phone 1333.
Your Be1st debit card can be used for cash withdrawal and payment at an ATM or at any merchant anywhere in the world with the Visa, Mastercard or UnionPay logo.
When making payments or withdrawing cash overseas with your Be1st Smart card, the amount will be converted to Thai baht based on Visa / Mastercard / UnionPay's normal exchange rates with a conversion charge added which will not exceed 2.5% of the exchange rate applied. Cash withdrawals will be charged a flat fee of 100 baht per transaction.
