If you wish to make online payments, simply enable the feature by yourself on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking or call Bangkok Bank Call center 1333 24 hours a day.

Take control of your spending

New feature! You can manage and control your spending on your debit card via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking

Lock & Unlock spending via EDC machine

When this feature is enabled, you will not be able to use your debit card to make payments via EDC machine nor make payments with your contactless debit card.

Lock & Unlock a contactless debit card

When this feature is enabled, you will not be able to use the contactless feature on your debit card at an EDC machine.

Lock & Unlock online spending

When this feature is enabled, you will not be able to use the debit card to make online payments to domestic and overseas merchants and your auto debit transactions made with the card will be disabled.

Lock & Unlock overseas spending

When this feature is enabled, you will not be able to make payments to online or physical stores overseas, including online stores registered overseas.

Note : 

  • Digital debit cardholders using only the virtual card can manage their debit card via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking only.
  • Debit and digital debit cardholders using both virtual and physical cards can manage their debit card via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking and Bangkok Bank Call Center 1333
