To enhance service efficiency, Bangkok Bank will conduct system maintenance on Sunday, August 17, 2025. Some services will be temporarily unavailable during the time as indicated below:


From 02:00 a.m. to 09:00 a.m.

  • Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking


From 03:00 a.m. to 07:00 a.m.

  • Bualuang iBanking
  • BIZ iBanking
  • Banking Agent
  • Funds Transfers, Deposits and Bill Payments from other banks to Bangkok Bank accounts 
  • Funds Transfers will be temporarily unavailable domestically and internationally to Bangkok Bank accounts that are registered with PromptPay. 
  • Bangkok Bank Debit Card and Prepaid Card holders will not be able to use their card for making transactions. 
  • Bangkok Bank Credit Card and Debit Card holders will temporarily be unable to use their cards to make withdrawals from ATMs and CDM/ATM (ATM+) of Bangkok Bank, of other banks, and overseas ATMs. 
  • Bangkok Bank Credit Card and Debit Card holders will temporarily be unable to use their cards for cash advances from ATMs, and payments for goods and services through EDC of any bank both domestically and internationally.
