About Us

We opened our Vientiane branch on August 5, 1993 becoming one of the first Thai banks to open in Laos’ capital city. The Vientiane branch was relocated to a new office in a beautiful, newly-renovated historical building on January 13, 2014. We opened our second branch, in Pakse, on January 5, 2016 to expand our services to southern Laos and the Emerald Triangle. Our Vientiane and Pakse branches offer a range of commercial banking services, including arranging syndicated loans, trade finance, and custodial services. As a Thai bank in Laos, have played a significant role in helping develop the country’s banking industry. Our focus is on developing long-term customer relationships. With the full support of our Head Office, we are committed to bringing international banking standards to Laos.
