Control spending limits with great flexibility

• Change a daily purchase limit You can set the daily purchase limit in 6 tiers (baht) as specified by the bank: 0 / 5,000 / 20,000 / 50,000 / 100,000 / 150,000

Change purchase limit by transaction type

• Purchase limit per transaction via an EDC machine
• Purchase limit per transaction via the Contactless feature
• Purchase limit per transaction for online spending
• Purchase limit per transaction for overseas spending

The purchase limit can be adjusted from 0 - 150,000 baht per transaction.
Note: Purchase limits cannot be set with decimal values.

• 2) Bangkok Bank Call Center (valid for debit cards and digital debit cards with a physical card only)

Change a daily purchase limit

• You can set the daily purchase limit at any amount you want but not more than 150,000 baht per day.

Change purchase limit by transaction type

• Purchase limit per transaction via an EDC machine
• Purchase limit per transaction via the Contactless feature
• Purchase limit per transaction for online spending
• o Purchase limit per transaction for overseas spending

The purchase limit can be adjusted from 0 – 150,000 baht per transaction.
Note: Purchase limits cannot be set with decimal values.

Bangkok Bank Call Center via Interactive Voice Response (IVR), following the shortcuts below:

• Call Bangkok Bank Call Center 1333
• Select language
• Press *13 (star followed by 13) to change the card status and spending limit according to transaction type
• Select the type of transaction:
  • Press 1 for online spending
  • Press 2 for spending via an EDC machine
  • Press 3 for spending via the Contactless feature
  • Press 4 for overseas spending

• Enter your 16-digit debit card number
• Enter the 6-digit debit card PIN
• Enter the amount of a purchase limit (baht)
• Enter the OTP code sent by the bank to the mobile phone number registered with the bank (only required if you change the purchase limit to a higher amount than the previously set limit)
