Oversea Spending Promotion

Get 5x AirAsia points when you accumulate spending of 15,000 baht or more per month using your Bangkok Bank AirAsia credit card abroad and spend in foreign currencies (excluding online payments) from August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027. (Maximum 3,000 AirAsia points per customer per month, with a maximum of 36,000 AirAsia points per customer during the promotion period)

Terms & Conditions
  • The Bank will only calculate the total spending amount for purchases of goods or services at merchants overseas using foreign currencies using Bangkok Bank AirAsia credit cards from August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027 (until 11:59 PM). No registration is required to participate in the program.
  • The conversion of foreign currency spending to Thai baht will be calculated cumulatively using the foreign exchange rate on the Posting Date, as shown on the primary credit card statement.
  • The cumulative spending amount used to calculate bonus points refers to the total spending made through both the primary and supplementary cards for purchasing goods or services at merchants abroad in foreign currencies. This excludes online spending and spending in Thai Baht (THB) abroad. mutual funds (MCC 6211), all types of insurance (MCC 5960, 6300, 6381, 6399), cash advances (MCC 6010, 6011 or TC 30, 31), interest (TC 11, 12, 13), all types of fines (MCC 9222), all types of taxes (MCC 9311), all types of fees (MCC 6012, 4829), installment plans and cancelled transactions (TC 41, 43), Foreign currency purchases and tourist tax refunds will be deducted from the total accumulated amount. Any remaining balance will not be included in the calculation for bonus points.
  • Get 5x AirAsia points (1x regular points and 4x bonus points). A maximum of 3,000 bonus AirAsia points per customer per month, or a maximum of 36,000 bonus AirAsia points per customer during the promotion period.
  • Big Life (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will transfer the bonus points to your AirAsia member account linked to your credit card within 60 days after the end of each billing cycle. Spending exceeding the specified amount will earn normal points.
  • You can redeem your accumulated AirAsia points for discounts on AirAsia flights, hotels, or vouchers from various merchants and more via the AirAsia MOVE application.
  • The Bank reserves the right to award bonus points to cards who maintain Bangkok Bank card membership without any default, and who have not breached credit card terms and conditions prior to the date the Bank grants award bonus points into the account.
  • The Bank reserves the right to reclaim bonus points from the card if it is later discovered that the transaction for the promotional offer has been cancelled.
  • The Bank shall not be liable for data loss or technical issues and will determine the situation based on the information available to the Bank. Cards should keep sales slips for inspection if necessary.
