- This Pinnacle Dining Cashback Privilege applies to Bangkok Bank Pinnacle primary cardholders only.
- Registration and use of this privilege must take place between December 1, 2025 and February 28, 2026.
- To register for this privilege, please call the contact center for Bangkok Bank Pinnacle cardholders at 0 2645 5000 (available 24 hours) or send an SMS with the text PNCDIN followed by your 16-digit credit card number to 4545666. A service fee of 3 baht per message applies.
- Registration via SMS is complete once you receive a confirmation message.
- Registration via the contact center for Bangkok Bank Pinnacle cardholders is complete once you receive a confirmation email.
- Reservations at participating restaurants can be made via the contact center for Bangkok Bank Pinnacle cardholders or directly with the restaurant by phone or in person. Availability depends on the restaurant’s capacity and policies on the date of service. (Advance reservations, cancellations, and changes are subject to the restaurant’s terms and conditions.)
- Cardholders will receive cashback credit based on actual spending, up to 10,000 baht per receipt, limited to one privilege per card throughout the campaign period.
- For spending below 10,000 baht, the cashback credit will equal the actual amount spent. Any difference cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
- For spending above 10,000 baht, the cashback credit will be capped at 10,000 baht and cardholders are responsible for any excess charges.
- If multiple receipts occur during the campaign, the cashback credit will be calculated based on the highest single receipt only, up to 10,000 baht.
- Bangkok Bank only provide cashback credit for actual spending at participating restaurants. Deposits, advance payments, and any prepayments to the restaurant or service provider are excluded.
- The calculation of eligibility for cashback credit will be based on information from customers who have registered for this privilege and made payments at participating restaurants with a Bangkok Bank Pinnacle card (primary card) during the period from December 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026 (by 11:59 p.m.).
- This privilege applies exclusively to dine-in services at participating restaurants. It cannot be used for purchasing gift cards or vouchers, paying fees, deposits, cancellations, no-shows, takeaway orders, home delivery services, or any payments made through third-party platforms or external payment channels.
- Cashback credit will be granted only to primary cardholders who maintain an average deposit and/or investment balance of at least 100 baht million with Bangkok Bank in designated products for the past 6 months up to the date the Bank credits the cashback.
- Cashback will be credited to the Bangkok Bank Pinnacle primary cardholder account used for the transaction within 30 days of the campaign ending, provided the cardholder maintains an active account, has no overdue payments, and complies with all credit card terms and conditions. Bangkok Bank’s records shall be deemed final.
- Bangkok Bank is not involved in the provision of products or services by participating restaurants. For any service-related inquiries, please contact the restaurant or service provider directly.
- This privilege is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, cannot be converted into any other form of payment, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
- Bangkok Bank reserves the right to suspend or withdraw privileges if the cardholder does not meet the eligibility criteria or comply with the terms and conditions.
- All terms and conditions are as specified by Bangkok Bank. The Bank reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions of this privilege, as well as the list of participating restaurants. Any changes will be announced in advance on the Bangkok Bank Pinnacle page of the Bangkok Bank website.
